Welcome to the Town of Theresa official website.This website has a variety of information for local residents and visitors. Theresa is located in Upstate New York near the Thousand Islands region, approximately 30 minutes from Watertown, NY and the Fort Drum Military Base. It has a population of about 2,950. The town is named after the daughter of an original landowner, Theresa Le Ray.
